Packager notes:
This theme is actively developed but there isn't a new release.
Latest release is version 20200324, but it had issues with the text color for file names on the desktop.
Sync with git since these issues are fixed.

Install locally in Budgie and Gnome DE and switch system theme to all Mojave variants.

had issues with text color for file names is dekstop.

Do you mean that it had issues with the text color for file names on the desktop?

The issue was in release 2020-03-24 that is why I was holding back to version 20200220. The issue is described here and it was fixed 6 months ago, but since there wasn't a new release I thought to use version 20200324 and sync with git.
