Succesfully run youtube-viewer.
Update and run biber.
For arp-scan succesfully run sudo arp-scan --interface wlp0s26f7u3 --localnet.

Add test for arp-scan and biber.
arp-scan is working fine, but biber is currently broken (not due to libwww-perl stack).

INFO - This is Biber 2.11
INFO - Logfile is 'test.blg'
ERROR - 'test.bcf' failed to validate against schema '/usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.32/Biber/bcf.rng'
INFO - ERRORS: 1

Updating biber to 2.15, fixed it.
