Update nvidia-glx-driver to 450.66

Changes:

  • Fixed triple buffering support of Vulkan X11 swapchains when applications are syncing to vblank
  • Added support for several EIZO and Matrox GPUs
Test Plan

Rebooted, launched Steam and played the free Proton game "b"
