Why isn't this being changed on the plasma icons side of things?

I tried fixing it via breeze-icons but did not work, plasma is using this icon to display the icon on the top left window panel https://i.imgur.com/o37autl.png and uses this icon for the the task switcher, if you remove it sets somehow a generic icon, I switched the icon out towads the one you are using for the task icon
