Added support for Gnome do-not-disturb-mode
Marked compatibility for Gnome-Shell 3.36

Test Plan

Set Pomodoro time to 3 Minutes, Short break time to 1 Minute and long break time to 2 minutes and let it run. Make sure notification (audio beep/ring and notifications in top bar). Blurrs the screen during breaks (as expected). Scroll through settings menu and check if everything is working.
