Since crossguid had no release since late 2017 and no commit since early 2019 maybe just declare this package as deprecated. There are no other packages depending on it.

Looks like taskwarrior may be static linking against this. Testing needed, thanks.

Added missing abi_* files.

taskwarrior is building just fine without crossguid-devel in it's builddeps. Seems like it is not needed anymore.

I'll update this for now, but yeah, we may consider deprecating it if nothing uses it.
