Update scrcpy to 1.13

Changes:

• Add option to lock video orientation
• Add shortcuts to rotate the display
• Mirror secondary displays
• Enable trilinear filtering when possible
• Add --render-driver parameter
• Accept --max-fps before Android 10
• Accept negative window position
• Use another local port if 27183 is not available
• Forward NumPad keys when NumLock is disabled
• Fix possible BufferUnderflowException on touch event

Connect to my Android phone to mirror its display, navigate through several apps using my mouse and keyboard, rotate the display using the new hotkeys
