Updated Thermald to 2.1.0 which includes support for Tiger Lake, and multiple new features.

I've been running 2.1.0 on a Dell XPS 13 7930 for the past couple of days with heavy workloads and haven't noticed anything different with thermal performance. Also following Kyrios's previous update I'm looked through the logs by executing sudo thermald --no-daemon --loglevel=debug and everything looks to be functioning as expected.
