Summary

gotop has been officially deprecated by its developer and has been replaced by the on
Rust based successor ytop. See: https://github.com/cjbassi/gotop/commit/755037d211cc8e58e9ce43ee74a95a3036053dee
The inclusion of ytop fixes T8692 and will replace gotop.

Update to 0.6.0

It is initial inclusion so release should be 1.
