I've built this and asked a user to test it as I don't have a printer that has Google Cloud Print.

Note that I ship a minimal config file with the package gcp-cups-connector.config.json but I only enabled local printing by default. Extra configuration is certainly necessary as explained here. Also the systemd service is not pre-enabled.

In case it can help, here is a list of the internet connected printers and here is a useful page regarding the configuration.
