Summary

This is the initial inclution of a2jmidid, a tool to conver alsa_midi events to jack_midi events. This is needed to get Jack2 feature complete with jack1 and will be needed in Cadence when I push those revisions.

Test Plan

Connect Alsa midi keyboard to jack_midi port in ardour using a2jmidid.
Build Cadence with a2jmidid support.
