- move the sources to GitHub
- close a bit the glyph of the imperfectum time signatures (M:c)
- don't output log messages to stderr
- have smaller flag stubs in beams
- put the chord indications closer to the staves/notes

- bad x offset of P: when at start of line after a repeat bar
- don't put accidentals in the key signature at start of line
- build: bad building from .tar.gz or .zip
