Update scrcpy to 1.12.1

Changes:

• Add shortcut (Ctrl+r) to rotate device screen
• Initialize Application object (fix crashes on some devices)
• Restore the .jar extension on the device (fix crashes on some devices)
• Inject mouse events with a virtual device id (fix crashes on some devices)

Mirror my phone's display, navigate through apps and menus using my computer and mouse, record a short movie and play it back
