I'm not sure to correctly understand what you want.
- if you mean some description, python-pythondialog is an interface with the dialog program for python
- if you don't understand why it's needed, it is a dependency of the next version of protonvpn-cli, whose inclusion in the repo has been discussed in T8511. I've made a request in T8512, which was invalid because, as a dependency of an accepted package, it is automatically accepted.
