Update scrcpy to 1.11
Changes:
- Add support for touchscreens/multitouch

- Fix copy-paste on Android 10 devices
- Fix "turn screen off" on Android 10 devices
- Fix clicks not working in some games
- Fix device rotation while the window is maximized
- Fix HiDPI support
- Fix segfault on empty file recorded
- Fix recorded video to avoid crashes in Adobe Premiere
- Fix several crashes on some devices (like Meizu)
