Update scrcpy to 1.11

Changes:

Add support for touchscreens/multitouch
Add --max-fps to limit the frame rate (Android 10 only)
Add options to set an initial window size and position
Add option to disable window decorations
Add --prefer-text option
Add manpage
Fix copy-paste on Android 10 devices
Fix "turn screen off" on Android 10 devices
Fix clicks not working in some games
Fix device rotation while the window is maximized
Fix HiDPI support
Fix segfault on empty file recorded
Fix recorded video to avoid crashes in Adobe Premiere
Fix several crashes on some devices (like Meizu)

Test Plan

Connected to my phone to mirror the screen, send inputs to my phone, try the new borderless options, record a video of my phone interface, browsed through new man page
