Summary

Changelog:

Improve performance of querying system fallback fonts.
Don’t use prgname in dbus-proxy socket path.
Fix thread-safety issues in image decoders.
Disable accelerated compositing when we fail to initialize the EGL dispaly under Wayland.
Fill the objects category in emoji picker.
Fix several crashes and rendering issues.

Test Plan

Test a majority of common websites in epiphany.

46	I was trying to compile it using a sandbox, but ended up reverting back. However, I apparently added it after the first one :P

Change placement of cmake build flags
