Summary

AI SERVICE: Added in fix for BMP returns to AI service. Added in label passing to AI service call.
BSV: Fix BSV recording/playback.
BUGFIX: Fix crash when setting Thumbnail Directory.
COMMON: Graceful driver switching.
MENU: Menu scaling improvements.
OSD: Fix fast forward indicator when not using menu widgets.
PSP1: Remove duplicated FPS indicator on the screen.
VIDEO LAYOUT: Add video layout mame overlay compatibility. Only works with GL driver for now.

Test Plan

Play Wii games through both desktop UI and normal UI.

I added a MAINTAINERS.md file for now, but I don't know if you want me to keep it as is. I'm not the only one that has been updating this over time, but I have done the last three revisions.
Either we update it and add some more names to it, keep it as it is now without a file or we just use the file here.

Otherwise LGTM!

5	Well, yes and no on that regard. I do have an account, but I couldn’t get it working last time I tried. I am really having trouble wrapping my head around IRC and especially the clients, I guess I’m just too young for it :I
