R4765:127e00459191: Switch from python-qtpy to python3-qt5
Summary

Carla just uses python3-qt5 anyways so there is no need for python-qtpy as a middle man.

Test Plan
  • Installed new version and removed python-qtpy and verified that gui still worked.

  • Remove hard dep on jack-audio-connection kit (fluidsynth depends on it will be installed anyhow)
