Summary

Changelog:

Fix broken audio output when reverb was active after synth creation.

Packaging Changes:

Actually build it with ladspa support (ladspa was set as rundep but support wasn't built before for some reason).
Add lash support to the build.

Test Plan

Connected midi keyboard to fluidsynth through both alsa_midi and jack_midi in qsynth.
