R4667:bb989bb520a8: Update qsynth to 0.6.7 and switch to cmake

Summary

Summarized Changelog:

Updated for the newer Qt5 development tools (>= 5.13).
Updated icon files into 128x128 base resolution.
Qsynth also ships with improvements to the cmake build system that now allow us to build with it and thus switch to github source.

Play music using fluid-soundfont and my MIDI keyboard.
