Some of these rundeps don't exist in the repository and you haven't linked them in the stack section..

Nope. The runtime dependencies you added aren't in the repository:
justin@desktop ~/repository/sabnzbd $ eopkg sr pymediainfo < shows nothing.

Ahh ok so what you need to do is make them a "stack". You'll see just under the comments section a stack tab. I've added the one you mentioned but if you can use the "Edit Related Revisions" and set the dependencies as child dependencies then we can see what needs to be done before this one.
