Summary

Summarized Changelog:

Website fixes for eurosportplayer, espressen, TV4, viaplay and Dr.
Fixes for bugs and crashes in config file support.
Support for using mp3 extensions.
Switched cryptography support from pycryptodome to cryptography.
Rtmp support was removed.

Test Plan

Download an episode and then watch it to make sure it plays correctly.
