Bump to 3.9.2 + add check section

Note: This changes the behaviour now that it has support for AUTOMOC on generated headers...

This breaks stuff without patching the code (qt5dbus for example). So it's essential that I know when this gets merged (perhaps closer to qt 5.9.2 release which appears to have the patches)
