I have a dualboot PC. Windows 7 and Solus.
I did these tests:

Main Settings

  • Changing boot order
  • Removing and adding menu entries (only Windows 7)
  • Boot delay different times 10, 15 and at last 5 sec.
  • Changing predefined boot entry.

About Appearance Setting
(I had 4 themes installed)

  • Changing Grub Themes
  • Removing Grub Themes
