grab an example imput file like https://git.sr.ht/~sircmpwn/scdoc/tree/master/scdoc.1.scd
run scdoc: scdoc < scdoc.1.scd > test-out.roff
verify an output

28–40	We can probably just pattern this into the sddoc package. There is no real value in having the pkgconfig as the sole file in the devel subpackage.

Patterned pkgconfig file into main package, as it would be the the only component of devel package.

v1.9.5 now released. Will update the diff later today.

Updated to new 1.9.6 release.
