Summary

Includes shared lib used by steamos for inhibiting modeswitching when in Big Picture mode. See T4194.

Test Plan

Not sure how to test by itself, but results from running with steamos compositor seems to show working.

At this point this is old enough that I need to see an updated patch and that the maintainer is still interested.

Is there a way I can check this without trying to find each package in phabricator and looking at their package.yml?

It's a readme file(with the contents 'readme') and some other debian packaging leftovers.
