Update vis to 0.5 solves T7796

This version fixed i.a.: crashes/infinite bootloops when dealing with invalid/incomplete Unicode sequences, command prompt malfunction triggered by special cursor position, color support in ncurses 6.1. It also ships with a new default 256 color theme.
