Update NVIDIA beta driver to 430.09
Major changes:

  • Added support for the following GPU:
    • GeForce GTX 1650
    • GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design
    • GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q Design
  • New VDPAU profiles

Packaging update: Removed 4.14 kernel patch

Yea we better support graphics cards nobody in their right mind would buy over an RX570 or RX580...
