Summary

Update python-spyder-kernels to 0.4.4.
Changes

  • Improve Cython activation
  • Fix running Cython files
  • Fix problems with UMR's run method
  • Add Wurlitzer as a new dependency on Posix systems.
Test Plan

Ran spyder3 and tested it from there.

python-jupyter_client and python-pyzmq were removed as they were the dependency of python-ipykernel.
