Summary

Updated xpad to 5.4.0 which includes multiple bug fixes.

Changelog:

Added the AppStream metadata for easier packaging/software maintenance across Linux distributions.
Fixed the regression that the scrollbars are not showing.
Fixed the regression of the title of the pad not working on startup.
Prevent crash when Closing/Showing all pads with more at least 32 pads.

Test Plan

Tested 5.4.0 by running through the welcome guide. Everything looked and functioned as expected.
