The summary should only include the changes between the last Solus package, and the updated Solus package. You've included the changes between 1.25.1 and 1.25.2 where the Solus package already has 1 of the (maybe only 2?) commits [so it shouldn't include parts that are already fixed]. Re-adding information about the already fixed CVE (which doesn't appear to be much of a concern anyway) will tag it as a security update in the software center where it is not one.
