Summary

This patch updates the license to the latest standard and it is part of the renaming effort of razer-drivers switching over to openrazer.

  • Verified that package built correctly
  • Verified that it installed and started correctly

(Please note that I don't have any razer hardware to test with, but this is such a small change so it should be necessary)
