Summary

Here we have perl6 language implementation attached which is done in
semi perl6 syntax. The implementation depends on perl6 moarvm as it is used to
create a binary precompiled version of language environment.

Test Plan

Until here we couldn't test anything the NQP package build and generate dependencies for the
perl6-rakudo.
