Summary

Updated neovim to the latest stable release 0.3.4.

Changelog:

  • provider: improve error message if provider is missing.
  • checkhealth: detect broken pip.
Test Plan

Installed and launched neovim.
Ran ':checkhealth' with everything reporting as expected.
