enable automatic setup of IPP network printers with driverless printing support
enable image filters
install the systemd cups-browsed.service
add MIT license
use actionnable macros everywhere

Test Plan

IMPORTANT: Testers wanted I added the cups-browsed service in this package and I am looking for someone to test it as I can't do it myself. In order to test it, you have to enable the service and make sure your firewall allows IPP traffic (by default it's TCP/UDP port 631)
