R975:560fdac84b9b: Update gnome-mpv to version 0.16

Summary

This release will be the last release under the name gnome-mpv due to changing the name to celluloid. This release features mostly bug fixes, improvements and a couple new features.

Summarized Changelog:

Split up the General tab in the preferences dialog.
Improve behavior when toggling playlist under tiling window managers.
Move app menu items to primary menu.
Use separate MPRIS DBus connection for each window.
Add support for MPRIS property LoopStatus.
Add option --mpv-options for setting arbitrary mpv options from the command-line.
Updated translations

I will see if I can handle the change to Celluloid with the next release, should be pretty simple ?
