R4578:db1b3f5d5eb9: Fix deps for thonny
Summary

Add missing runtime dependencies. In particular, the lack of python-mypy_extenstions prevented it from launching at all.

Test Plan

thonny starts fine. Ran a simple Python script with no issues.
