13	Do you know why this guy is gone? If it is expected, then I guess `kio-devel` shouldn't be required in the builddeps anymore.

Removed kio-devel as it is no longer be needed, as per this commit https://cgit.kde.org/krita.git/commit/?id=c713357862236edc4e08b9ff62877d4b0c97fb4f

Apparently I didn't submit my comment. Fully intentional to remove it.
