R693:dbba65072651: Fix ispell checking when using the latest version of hunspell (1.7.0)
Summary

Added a patch which fixes ispell checking with the latest version of hunspell (1.7.0).
The initial bug report can be found here.

Test Plan

Ran 'emacs -Q' and tested using 'M-$' to check the spelling of several words.
Ran emacs using my config with the spell checking working as it did before the update to the 'libhunspell' package.
