Summary

Updated ruby-neovim to the latest release 0.7.1.

Changelog:

  • Fix uninitialized constant Neovim::RubyProvider::StringIO.
  • Various backwards-compatible style changes to satisfy Rubocop rules.

Depends on D4157.

Test Plan

Installed alongside neovim and ran ':checkhealth' with everything reporting to
be setup correctly.
