R3483:c54acb8bf115: Update python-tox to 3.5.2
Summary

Updated python-tox to the latest release 3.5.2.

Bugfixes:

  • session packages are now put inside a numbered directory.

Features:

  • level three verbosity (-vvv) show the packaging output.

Full changelog available here.

Depends on D4135 and D4136.

Test Plan

Ran the tox test suite on the tox master branch with all tests passing.
