Resolves T5254: Package requests: x42-plugins

Test Plan

Tested in Ardour with and without jack support; all plugins work in both instances.
To test all plugins available, New Plugin > by Creator > Robin Gareus.
Going in New Plugin > Plugin Manager does not show all the plugins installed.

This package depends on libltc-devel, font-freefont-ttf, libzita-convolver-devel which are not in the unstable or Solus repo. Am I allowed to upload them?
