Looks like openresolv is optional for protonvpn-cli, so I'll remove it.
In the meantime, some users were interested by openresolved https://dev.solus-project.com/T2931 and someone suggested update-systemd-resolved, I'll make a proper package request for this one.

Not optional, at least for me and probably for many others. I've tried ~everything to make protonvpn-cli to work in solus but nothing else than having openresolv has made it work (also needed in other distros). Currently protonvpn-cli as itself is useless. Just re-tried in fresh install from new 3.999 iso. Don't understand why proton devs don't mark it as a depedency because it is.
