Summary

Initial packaging of mergerfs at version 2.24.2.
The inclusion of snapraid fixes T4602.

Test Plan

Installed and ran 'mergerfs --version' which correctly reports the version installed.
Ran 'man mergerfs' which correctly opens the man page for mergerfs.
Created a disk array out of multiple USB disks with mergerfs correctly allowing access through a unified mount point.
