As of Ansible 2.5, Python 3 is officially supported.

Since we are on Ansible 2.6+ now, it seems like a good time to change
and remove a python2 dependency for Solus.

• Installed and confirmed Ansible built against python3 by checking

ansible --version

• Tested ansible-doc lookups
• Ran a few local playbooks and confirmed things worked as expected
