R1409:cc4aca88e98b: Update hplib to 3.17.7
Summary

Added support for many new printers. Check the release notes for details.

Package rework:

  • Disable HPLIP upgrade as it is insecure
  • Move udev rules to /usr/lib64/udev
  • Use foomatic-rip instead of outdated/insecure foomatic-rip-hplip
  • Enable Qt5
  • Improved cups 2.2 support
  • Fix others minor issues with hplip
  • recognition of Solus distro by hp-check

Looks good to me, compiled it, installed it, added my printer, printed a testpage... can't find a function that doesn't work now.

Gonna take it for now as we're pressed for time but we might consider making a nice series of patches for this and getting them upstream.
