The packages were way behind and I didn’t see much of new features being added so I got the impressions that they had a couple security fixes in the later. But sadly it looks like it might be a false alarm, sorry about that ?

@Jacalz How about let's not go around and state certain packages may contain security issues, when you have no basis, actual evidence or research behind that statement. If there is an actual issue, we have a security issue form accessible from the sidepane on the homepage.
