Summary

Updated Brave to 0.23.31 which includes multiple bug fixes.
Changelog:

  • Fixed Twitch streams not playing
  • Fixed IndexedDB not working in web worker
  • Tor only loads when needed (lazy loading)
  • Fixed webcompat issues with riot.im
  • Upgraded to Chromium 67.0.3396.103
Test Plan

Tested 0.23.31 by opening multiple tabs and websites. Everything functioned as expected.
