Note I'm making a couple of tweaks as a networking change such as this needs to go early in the sync week for longer testing (i.e. I want it in now rather than tomorrow).
Using the Fixes DXXXX should be used on the last diff which resolves it only and this should be part of the stack (i.e. NM patch depends on this rather than just being mentioned).
